Software guided Body Mapping
The bodystudio software displays on-screen the body area to be photographed and the corresponding patient pose, guiding you step by step through 17 localizations. Further body parts can be added if necessary. The CamControl feature provides direct connection between digital camera and computer and allows the bodystudio software to control all camera settings. You don't have to know anything about photography as it is all done for you automatically! For follow-up images, all camera parameters of the baseline photo are automatically reloaded. Images are directly captured into the patient chart; no flashcard or batteries are required.

Marking of suspicious lesions and dermoscopy
Suspicious lesions that should be observed by use of dermoscopy can be marked. Later on, you can examine and track these lesions with the dermoscope dynamic module by linking the dermoscopic images to the marks in the total body photo!

'Ghost' for consistent follow-ups
To assure a consistent patient position in follow-up images, FotoFinder bodystudio 's Ghost Feature displays the baseline image in the background of the live preview image. Thus, you can easily reposition the patient as at baseline and achieve consistent images for comparison.

Image comparison with SmartZoom
Compare your photos on-screen side-by-side, zoom in on both images simultaneously and scroll around to identify newly appeared or changed moles. SmartZoom does all movements in both photos at the same time so you look always on the right area in both images. With just one click you can export a side-by-side comparison to PowerPoint!

Image editing and measuring
The image editor allows you to edit your photos for presentations, lectures or patient consultations. You can hide the eyes of the patient with a black bar, crop the photo or draw arrows to highlight moles. Use the measurement module to calibrate pictures and to measure surfaces and distances.

SmartGallery
FotoFinder bodystudio organizes photos of a patient automatically by body area or visit. The Smart Gallery sorts your photos automatically by baseline and corresponding follow-up photo. Different frame colors mark baseline, follow up or edited images clearly.

Flexible queries
The flexible search engine allows queries for all combinations of criteria which are available in the database. E.g. a search for all last year's melanoma patients.

Image import, export and print
FotoFinder bodystudio offers professional import and export features. You can easily create a patient photo CD for self examination, print the photos on quality paper or send them encrypted by e-mail.
