Veinscope is a genius polarization filter for cross and parallel polarization. A great aid to visualize blood vessels, veins and wrinkles! The lens is available for the video camera as well as the digital camera.
Cross polarization eliminates all reflections and shows your patient's subsurface vascular lesions, blood vessels, spider veins, couperose, telangiectasia, acne and pigmentation (left image). By contrast parallel polarization enhances the patient's skin texture and shows pores, fine lines and wrinkles (right image).
