That is why our dedicated support team makes sure to give you all the technical support possible. Please do not hesitate to contact us if any technical problems with the system arise.

Remote support sessions are done over the internet. Therefore please make sure to have an internet connection set up. Thanks to the support software we can access your system from our headquarters, localize the problem and fix it as quickly as possible. At the same time, application errors can be eliminated as well.

Basic computer problems dealing with the operating system or other software malfunctions are not included in the FotoFinder support service. We are exclusively dealing with problems concerning a FotoFinder product.
