My skeen doesn’t recognize the lens
Remove the lens, clean it, clean the contacts and re-attach it ensuring it fits properly.

What to do if my skeen is in screening mode?
- Check your subscription is valid
- Make sure the skeen device is charged.
- Open the ‘Settings’ and select ‘Synchronization’ (Leave the device open)
- Use a PC and log in to hub.fotofinder.de/settings/devices (Settings -> My Devices) and unlink the skeen device (the trashcan symbol). Confirm the unlink.
- In the Top Right Click on ‘+ Add new device’ (a QR code will appear)
- After unlinking the device, on the skeen device open ‘Settings -> Synchronization’ and try to login again.
- Select sign in with QR code and scan the displayed QR code
