Skin Check

The New Type of Skin Check

Total body mapping or total body dermoscopy intelligently combines total body mapping and dermoscopy. It is based on the two-step method through to digital progress monitoring – a globally established procedure for skin monitoring.

Precision meets speed

Standardized full-body images are captured quickly and efficiently using total body mapping. A software-controlled workflow and precise positioning ensure complete capture in a short time.

The Mosaic View Filters Lesions and Arranges Them Intelligently

From Chaos to Clarity

Atypical lesions can be quickly identified and marked for subsequent follow-up examinations. The lesions are filtered out of all whole-body images and intelligently arranged in a mosaic view on a screen – sorted by localization or category (new, changed, unchanged).

Reflected light microscopy and documentation of individual lesions.

Every Detail Counts

The image does not have to be saved first - you can already see it in brilliant resolution during the live screening. FotoFinder enables dermoscopy with variable optical zoom and autofocus directly on a screen.

Bodyscan to Mark Individual Lesions

The Navigation System for Lesions

During a follow-up examination, new and changed lesions are highlighted with different colored circles using the Bodyscan function. For dermatoscopic examinations of individual lesions, markers can be placed for identification. It is possible to quickly switch to dermatoscopic imaging at any time.

Visualize Development with MoleGallery

Focus on Every Change

Changes can be efficiently tracked and evaluated. The dermoscopic development of individual lesions is displayed over time. This saves time and expands your diagnostic options. MoleGallery allows you to quickly recognize whether a lesion was overlooked during the last follow-up examination or whether something has changed.

I have been working with FotoFinder systems for over 12 years. Today we use two ATBM towers (Classic & Master Edition) in our network and carry out around 300 examinations per month. As the first practice in our region with sequential digital dermoscopy, we were able to establish ourselves as a leader and gain great trust from patients and colleagues alike. With the introduction of the ATBM Classic and later the ATBM Master, total body mapping became significantly faster, more reproducible and more reliable. Functions such as polarized body maps, Mosaic View and Bodyscan software have made our work much easier and further increased diagnostic reliability.

Many people think that melanoma can simply be cut out and everything will be fine. However, the reality is much harsher. I saw for myself with my father how devastating melanoma can be if it is not detected in time. Early detection and consistent sun protection are crucial. It is important to continue raising awareness of these issues, because many people are unaware of the dangers or even go to tanning salons. That makes me angry. It is sad to see that the number of skin cancer cases is rising, while awareness is not keeping pace.
