The medicam 1000s gives me a much better view of details and structures that are otherwise only visible with far more complex procedures (and the associated costs and time). The new magnification brilliance improves the diagnosis of skin tumors enormously - especially in the facial area, I can differentiate very well between benign and malignant skin lesions with the significantly improved magnification of up to 140x.
