Even the best system needs maintenance from time to time. At FotoFinder, a large service team of specialists in hardware, software and camera technology will provide you with personal and individual support, whether you have questions about operation or complex network installations. You will always have a direct contact person with a wealth of experience who will look after you personally for years. Unconditionally reliable and with heart!

FotoFinder CARE offers flexible modules that you can put together individually in different packages. FotoFinder CARE guarantees you telephone service from experts with many years of experience, so that many problems can be solved with just one call.
This service is included in all CARE contracts. If you have not concluded a CARE contract, we charge a flat-rate service fee of EUR 25 + VAT per quarter of an hour or part thereof for processing your request by telephone (if necessary in combination with remote maintenance via Team Viewer).
Before processing your telephone support request, we will inform you of the service fee and obtain your consent. If it turns out during the processing of your request that it cannot be solved immediately but will take a longer time, we will inform you immediately and provide you with an individual cost estimate.

New Operating Systems – New Requirements
- When using Windows 11, compatibility issues may arise with FotoFinder versions prior to 3.4.3.
- Universe 2 does not run smoothly on the new operating system – errors and instability may occur.
- If you want to work stably and reliably, you must also keep up with software updates.
