Video trichoscopy supports the evaluation of hair and scalp and enables well-founded decisions based on objective evaluations. 

One reflected light microscopic image is sufficient to analyze all important parameters of hair growth: captured area, number of hairs, hair density, average length, anagen-telogen rate as well as number and density of vellus and terminal hairs.
